08.10.2011.  October 8 was the official opening of the Residential complex at 14 Lesi Ukrainki street. The celebration was attended by  Anatoliy Prysiazhniuk the Head of Kyiv regional administration, Anatoliy Yurkevicg the Head of board of directors of "City State" LLC, Nikolay Shmayun the Head of village council and others.

28 Feb 2011. Residential complex at 14, Lesy Ukrainky str. in Schaslyve village, was entitled as the best new housing development of the Kyiv region by results of the Third All-Ukrainian independent contest «Housing-2010» conducted by the internet-portal zagorodna.com.

04 Jan 2011. Residential complex with offices at Lesi Ukrainki, 14 set into operation according to conformity certificate №00001681.
